The NL Highly skilled migrant 2022 Event

The knowledge migrant is on the rise in the Netherlands. More and more often, these knowledge workers are employed to fill vacancies. But what do these specialists recruited from abroad think about working here? Is this person happy? Does this person want to stay? Do they see sufficient career opportunities here? Apart from numbers and demographic data, we actually know very little about this target group, which is becoming increasingly important in the Netherlands.

Ravecruitment & Intelligence Group have therefore started a large research project to map out these feelings, wishes and needs. We asked over 1500+ highly skilled migrants (60+ nationalities) at 100+ companies about working & living in The Netherlands. The results of this survey are extremely useful for every organization that works with knowledge migrants or willing to improve the situation of these important employees.
